Affirmations are basically just our thoughts that we intentionally say to replace certain thoughts that no longer serve us. But it helps to have affirmations that are personalized to us so they can really work. I do sale a package that I create a list of unique affirmations for you personally.

I know that it can sometime help to have things written down like in a Workbook. Especially if we are doing a 1:1 coaching session. Sometimes just seeing where you are and creating an action plan can help. I actually created a package that can help pinpoint things so you can create the life you want.
